About The Position

The Operator works within the Operations team packaging completed medical devices according to established manufacturing processes. No gowning is required. The role may also involve basic assembly, repair, or testing tasks under supervision. The position is a contract assignment for 12+ months, with a possible extension, and requires a commitment to 40 hours per week and completion of the first 30 days without absences.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle small components and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally.
• Ability to identify colors for labeling.
• Commitment to 40 hours per week and completion of the first 30 days without absences.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using ERP or electronic data systems.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Package finished units following standardized procedures.
• Perform basic assembly, repair, or testing tasks as needed under supervision.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Ensure product traceability and compliance with QMS/EMS requirements.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally for audit and documentation purposes.
