About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Atlanta. The role involves building a local football operation and making football more accessible in the city, while receiving systems, expertise, and support from the company's Singapore headquarters.

The operator will develop local partnerships, manage operations, and grow a community of players. Headquarters support includes a technology platform for app, payments, and operations; established operating systems and processes; and ongoing guidance in operations, marketing, and growth. The opportunity is performance-driven, with rewards tied to the operator's success.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.

• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• A background in operations, community management, or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Atlanta.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
