Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Dallas. The role involves building a local football operation and making football more accessible in the city, while using the systems, expertise, technology, and ongoing support of Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters. The operator will shape the local operation and grow a community of players, venues, Official Hosts, and local team members. This is a performance-driven opportunity where success drives rewards.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Dallas.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
