About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Chicago. The role involves building a local football operation and making the game more accessible in the city, with freedom to shape the operation and support from Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters. That support includes a technology platform for app, payments, and operations; proven operating systems and processes; and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth.

The opportunity is suited to someone passionate about football and the local football community, with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience managing operations and delivering measurable results. The Operator will build an active community of players and lead a network of Official Hosts and local team members. It is described as a performance-driven opportunity where success drives rewards.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.

• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Chicago.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
