Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Dallas. The role involves building local partnerships, managing operations, and developing an active community of players, with the freedom to shape the local operation and support from the company’s Singapore headquarters. The headquarters provides a technology platform for app, payments, and operations, proven operating systems and processes, and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth. This is a performance-driven opportunity in which the operator’s success drives their rewards.
Requirements
- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Dallas.
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
