About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Miami. The role involves building a local football operation and making football more accessible in the city, while benefiting from the systems, expertise, technology, and ongoing support of the company’s Singapore headquarters.

The Operator will develop local partnerships and playing locations, coordinate hosts and team members, attract players, oversee game operations, and improve and expand the local operation. This is a performance-driven opportunity in which the operator’s success drives their rewards.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Miami.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
