About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Denver. This entrepreneurial opportunity involves building and operating a local football operation, shaping its growth, and making football more accessible in the city, with systems, expertise, and support from the company's Singapore headquarters. The Operator will build local partnerships, manage operations, and grow an active community of players. Headquarters support includes a technology platform for app, payments, and operations; proven operating systems and processes; and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth. Stranger Soccer is a Singapore-founded company whose mobile app lets players discover nearby football games, book a spot, and turn up to play. It operates in more than 10 cities worldwide and has hosted over 100,000 games.
Requirements
- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Denver.
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
