The operator can shape the local operation and receives systems, expertise, and ongoing support from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters, including a technology platform for apps, payments, and operations, proven operating processes, and guidance across operations, marketing, and growth.

Stranger Soccer is a Singapore-founded company whose mobile app lets players discover nearby football games, book a spot, and turn up to play. It operates in more than 10 cities worldwide and has hosted over 100,000 games.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Boston.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
