About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Miami. This opportunity involves building and operating a local football operation, developing the local football community, and making football more accessible in the city. The operator will have autonomy to shape the local business while receiving systems, expertise, and ongoing support from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters.

Headquarters support includes a technology platform for the app, payments, and operations; proven operating systems and processes; and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth. Stranger Soccer is an international platform that lets players discover nearby football games through a mobile app, book a spot, and turn up to play.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Miami.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
