About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial License Owner to launch and grow its operation in Miami. This is not a salaried management role; it is an opportunity to build and operate a local Stranger Soccer business and make football more accessible in the community. The License Owner will work independently while collaborating with Stranger Soccer HQ and receiving support from established operations and technology teams. Rewards are tied to performance and growth. Stranger Soccer’s app lets players discover nearby games, book a spot, and turn up to play. Founded in Singapore, the company operates across more than 10 cities and has delivered over 100,000 games worldwide. Its mission is to make playing football as easy as going for a jog, and its vision is a world where playing football is as popular and accessible as watching football.
Requirements
- Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- A strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally.
- Motivation to deliver results, with rewards tied to performance and growth.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Miami.
- Recruit, train, and manage a small local team of 2–3 people, supported by Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities.
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, with support from established operations and technology teams.
