The operator can shape the local operation and receive systems, expertise, technology, and ongoing guidance from Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters. The opportunity is performance-driven: the operator’s success drives their rewards. Stranger Soccer’s platform lets players discover nearby games, book a spot, and turn up to play. The company says it operates in more than 10 cities worldwide and has hosted over 100,000 games.
Requirements
- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Phoenix.
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
