About The Position

The Operations Trainer is part of Electrolux Group’s Learning Center of Excellence (LCOE) and prepares new and current employees to perform safely, efficiently, and with high quality. The trainer delivers classroom instruction, simulations, and hands-on learning to help employees gain the skills and confidence needed to work on the production floor. This position is based at the company’s plant in Springfield, Tennessee.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience at Electrolux.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking in front of groups.
• Basic knowledge of EMS tools and continuous improvement concepts.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring others, inside or outside the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire orientation, onboarding classes, and on-the-job training.
• Operate and maintain the Training Center to simulate real production processes and provide hands-on practice.
• Deliver required Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability training in alignment with OSHA regulations and ISO standards.
• Deliver quality training, including Standard Work (JDS), defect detection, and QCP.
• Train and certify new and current employees on Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV), cranes, and aerial lifts for licensing.
• Train and certify new and current employees to operate their workstations in accordance with standards (JDS).
• Maintain accurate training records for all courses and certifications.
• Follow up with new employees during their first 30 days to support a successful transition to their roles.
