About The Position

The Trainer I conducts established training programs in manufacturing or engineering processes and monitors training effectiveness using established evaluation techniques. The role requires familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a particular field. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Operate a personal computer using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
• Have advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids.
• Apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Compute rate, ratio, and percent, and draw and interpret graphs.
