The Operator II is responsible for operating precision machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues, a high level of attention to detail to maintain accuracy, and the stamina to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. The Operator II plays a critical role in maintaining production standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read schematics and complex instructions.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, models, and other specifications.
Knowledge of basic welding symbols, welding gases, straightening, and tweaking techniques and heat shrinkage.
Ability to follow company policies in regard to workmanship standards, quality policy, and customer specifications.
Ability to kneel, reach, walk, push, pull and grasp.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to move arms, hands and fingers.
Ability to sit for sustained periods of time.
Required to wear personal protective equipment.
Prolonged sitting with some standing and bending intermittently during work hours.
Ability to talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time may be required.

Nice To Haves

Semiconductor experience a plus.
