The Operator II is responsible for operating precision machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues, a high level of attention to detail to maintain accuracy, and the stamina to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. The Operator II plays a critical role in maintaining production standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read schematics and complex instructions.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, models, and other specifications.
  • Knowledge of basic welding symbols, welding gases, straightening, and tweaking techniques and heat shrinkage.
  • Ability to follow company policies in regard to workmanship standards, quality policy, and customer specifications.
  • Ability to kneel, reach, walk, push, pull and grasp.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to move arms, hands and fingers.
  • Ability to sit for sustained periods of time.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment.
  • Prolonged sitting with some standing and bending intermittently during work hours.
  • Ability to talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification a plus.
  • Semiconductor experience a plus.
