If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery – Rheon to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As an Operator 2, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring the Rheon forming and cutting line to ensure products meet specifications while supporting production targets, food safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in food manufacturing or industrial production
  • Ability to monitor equipment settings and perform quality checks accurately
  • Ability to follow SOPs, equipment manuals, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
  • Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating Rheon or similar forming and cutting equipment
  • Familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing data systems
  • Experience in bakery or food production environments
  • Strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the Rheon forming and cutting line to meet product specifications and production targets
  • Control process parameters and dough flow to ensure consistent quality and line efficiency
  • Monitor product weights, quality attributes, and units per tray to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Support equipment reliability by identifying and reporting performance or maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and weight documentation in SAP and required logs
  • Coordinate with upstream and downstream operations to maintain continuous production flow
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety standards
