If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery–Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 2, Bakery–Production, you will be accountable for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring efficient and safe processing in alignment with Aspire Bakeries’ standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Equipment and product knowledge, including basic troubleshooting ability.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Good communication and observational skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of a highly functioning team.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer skills.
  • Experience in food manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working with automated production equipment.
  • Familiarity with production schedules, changeovers, or run orders.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure products meet quality and food safety specifications.
  • Maintain required documentation, reports, and production records with accuracy.
  • Ensure work areas, machines, and equipment remain clean, organized, and compliant with all safety rules.
  • Identify and communicate equipment, production, or safety issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain continuous compliance with GMPs and established production processes and recipes.
  • Support equipment start‑ups, changeovers, and daily production activities to meet operational standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily production and team success.
