About The Position
Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery- Production to join its bakery team in Chaska, Minnesota. The role operates and monitors production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing. It contributes to product quality, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the bakery. This is a second-shift position scheduled from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM, with weekend availability required. The listed hourly rate is $21.92–$22.50. The work involves a fast-paced manufacturing setting and requires standing and walking for extended periods, handling loads up to 50 pounds, and working in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy manufacturing environments.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, GMP requirements, and standard operating instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate automated production and packaging equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
- Comply with GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements throughout production.
- Support preventive maintenance and identify equipment issues requiring corrective action.
- Ensure materials and supplies are available to maintain production readiness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
