About The Position

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Production for its Cayce, South Carolina bakery. The role operates production and packaging equipment while supporting safe, efficient bakery operations. It helps maintain product quality and food safety compliance and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to adapt to changing production priorities and operational needs.
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in food manufacturing or food production environments.
Basic computer skills.
Experience operating production or packaging equipment.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production environments.

Responsibilities

Operate production and packaging equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP and food safety requirements.
Promptly identify and communicate food safety, quality, maintenance, and production concerns.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures to ensure product integrity.
Support production schedules and running orders to maximize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production, safety, and quality objectives.
