Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience or related training
• Forklift operation experience (DT certification required)
• Ability to lift/move over 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varying temperatures
• Effective English communication, reading, and basic math skills
• Familiarity with computer basics and warehouse management systems
• Proven adherence to safety and quality protocols

Nice To Haves

• Additional certifications in material handling or logistics
• Experience with analytical or scientific methods in warehouse settings
• Advanced record-keeping and inventory management skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment, including conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials and finished goods within the warehouse
• Accurately maintain inventory records and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Perform routine warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, and shipping materials
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Uphold safety standards, reporting hazards or incidents promptly
• Support a team environment with effective communication and collaboration
• Work efficiently under general supervision, meeting productivity metrics and deadlines
