Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (must be verifiable)
- Forklift experience
- 0-1 year warehouse or related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to lift/move 50+ lbs, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and work in varying temperatures
- Effective English communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with other warehouse equipment
- Exposure to logistics or manufacturing environments
- Analytical or operational process training
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
- Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods throughout the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures
- Adhere to strict quality and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform basic math and accurately interpret written instructions
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
