Requirements

High school diploma or GED (must be verified).
Proven forklift experience.
Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
Effective communication abilities in English.
Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varied weather conditions.
Willingness to work assigned 4th shift schedule: Monday-Tuesday (2:30PM-11:00PM, 8 hrs), Saturday-Sunday (6:00AM-6:30PM, 12 hrs).

Nice To Haves

Warehouse or logistics experience (up to 1 year).
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Commitment to working in a metrics-driven environment.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced, physically demanding settings.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials, assemblies, and finished goods.
Accurately maintain and update records of inventory movements within the warehouse.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines at all times.
Perform routine warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and staging.
Support a safe work environment by following all safety protocols, including the use of steel-toed shoes.
Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and co-workers for smooth workflow.
Participate in New Hire Orientation as scheduled.
