Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (must be verified)
- Minimum of zero to one year of warehouse or related experience
- Valid and verifiable forklift experience
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting English documents
- Ability to perform physical work in varying temperatures and noisy environments
- Willingness to attend New Hire Orientation at specified time
Nice To Haves
- Experience with logistics or manufacturing production processes
- Familiarity with material handling best practices
- Additional certifications or licenses in warehouse equipment operation
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the facility
- Accurately maintain inventory and movement records using provided systems and tools
- Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines to ensure operational excellence
- Perform basic math calculations and accurately interpret work documents in English
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of steel-toed shoes and compliance with company safety protocols
- Engage in regular lifting, moving items up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, reaching, and climbing
- Support a metrics-driven environment by meeting daily operational targets
