This role supports production operations by assisting with equipment operation, material handling, and line support to ensure a safe, efficient workflow and consistent product quality, while adhering to GMP and safety standards. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness and flexibility to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance expectations

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, or packing environment
  • Familiarity with GMP, food safety, or sanitation standards
  • Experience operating basic production tools or equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)

Responsibilities

  • Support bakery production operations by assisting with the setup, operation, and shutdown of production equipment
  • Maintain continuous product flow by monitoring processes and reporting irregularities or quality concerns
  • Ensure raw materials are supplied to the production line to meet operational needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with GMP and food safety standards
  • Perform basic quality checks and promptly escalate deviations or contamination risks
  • Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements while reporting unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
