About The Position

The Operations Support Co-op is a transportation-focused role designed to provide an opportunity to learn about EF Explore America’s Operations Support function. This function primarily supports Production, Procurement, and Tour Director teams with planning, logistics, and supplier communications. The role involves booking and organizing airport transfers, creating and owning itineraries, and communicating directly with and supporting suppliers.

This cooperative education program is offered in partnership with a student’s college or university and provides full-time or part-time work experience for a limited period. This co-op runs from January 19, 2027, through June 25, 2027, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week. It is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote per week, at $21 per hour.

EF Education First is an international education company focused on fostering understanding between people and cultures through language, cultural exchange, academic studies, and educational travel. EF Explore America provides educational class trips across North America in partnership with educators.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a careful approach to data entry, report generation, and process documentation.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about operational challenges.
• Proficiency with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and possibly industry-specific software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Willingness and ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing environments.
