About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is a key leader who supports the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, keeps store operations running smoothly, and ensures all opening and closing procedures are completed.

Requirements

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Ability to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent store issues.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Work effectively with store management and store crews.
Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
Promote CVS’s customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them.
Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
Provide colleagues with personalized customer service feedback and coaching, including myImpact coaching, myCustomer feedback, and personal observations.
Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
Price merchandise and stock shelves.
Support the planning and execution of displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
Support the planning, execution, and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise displays.
Lead store operations and supervisory staff when a manager is not onsite.
Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures.
