About The Position

Phillips Feed is seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. The supervisor leads second-shift picking, checking, and loading operations, supports productivity and team development, and may operate warehouse equipment as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 1:30 am.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a distribution environment.
• Ability to operate stand-up forklifts.
• Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Dependable, reliable, and energetic.
• Customer-service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Motivational leadership style with a team-first attitude.
• Strong manual dexterity and control precision.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise second-shift picking, checking, and loading operations.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Promote a safety-first culture by leading by example.
• Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed.
• Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completing load maps.
• Submit route paperwork to the invoicing team.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
