The Operations Supervisor leads operations associates and coordinates day-to-day supply chain activities to maintain a secure work environment and ensure efficient workflow, timely deliveries, and cost-effective practices. The role oversees task allocation and production, communicates workload plans and performance expectations, and makes real-time decisions as operating conditions change. Safety is a core responsibility: the supervisor enforces policies and procedures, conducts training, and promptly addresses safety concerns. The supervisor also supports associates, resolves operational issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance. The position requires working a set schedule that management may change to meet facility needs. Work may take place inside and outside in varying weather and climate conditions, and may involve noise and moving or shaking objects and equipment. The role includes lifting, with single lifts limited to 70 pounds under the stated guidelines; team lifts and powered equipment are used when needed and with appropriate training or assistance.
