About The Position

Ashley Furniture is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline associates and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. The role focuses on motivating and developing a diverse team, coordinating staffing and workflow, solving operational problems, promoting safety, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining communication between leadership and the floor. The position is based in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center. The environment has moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and operating material-handling equipment. Work may involve extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and using personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. Various shift schedules may be used to support production and distribution needs.

Requirements

At least 1 year of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong planning, organizational, and team development skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in distribution or warehouse environments.
