About The Position
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join its Warehouse and Logistics team. The role oversees daily operational processes, including logistics, data entry, and specialized projects, to drive productivity and quality. The supervisor leads a team focused on information management and logistical precision. This is an onsite second-shift position working four days per week, either Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday through Wednesday, from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, specifically in warehouse management, 3PL, or logistics environments.
- Strong technical expertise in operational forecasting and data analysis.
- Leadership abilities focused on task management, time management, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Ability to work onsite daily at the facility; the role is not eligible for remote work.
- Flexibility to work adaptable hours, including weekends as operational demands require.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach team members, and manage the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee payroll processing and performance reviews.
- Monitor workflows and analyze key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement corrective actions to improve department efficiency.
- Ensure daily activities comply with organizational standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
