About The Position

PSC Group is seeking a motivated, results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service. The supervisor coordinates personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs, maintains compliance with regulations and company standards, and identifies process improvements. The role also works with PSC’s commercial team to sustain and grow site business by identifying opportunities and scope expansions. Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and pass associated medical evaluations.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, and other site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity.
• Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs.
• Collaborate with PSC’s commercial team to sustain and grow the site’s book of business through proactive identification of opportunities and scope expansions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and leadership.
• Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
