About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse and implement processes to optimize operations. You will lead frontline associates, support a safe and productive work environment, and contribute to the success of DHL Supply Chain. The organization has a business-casual environment focused on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement. The stated shift is Monday through Thursday, approximately 5 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support, while building a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Promote compliance with health and safety regulations and foster heightened safety awareness.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis covering achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
Encourage open communication and collaboration through regular dialogue among leadership and associates, promoting transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
