About The Position
As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will help ensure smooth, efficient warehouse operations and implement processes to optimize them. You will lead frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and contribute to the success of the organization. The position emphasizes teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement in a business-casual environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
- At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and support a diverse team of frontline associates while building a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Promote compliance with health and safety regulations and foster heightened safety awareness.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide management with regular reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
- Promote open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates through regular, effective dialogue.
