About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for supporting smooth, efficient warehouse operations and implementing processes to optimize performance. The role leads and develops frontline associates, promotes a safe and productive work environment, monitors operational performance, and supports the overall success of the organization. DHL Supply Chain North America operates more than 500 facilities, employs over 50,000 associates, and manages over 150 million square feet of warehouse space.

The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. The national salary range is $62,500–$70,000; for California, the range is $70,304–$82,000; and for Washington, it is $80,169–$82,000. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role is preferred.
• At least 1 year of logistics industry experience is preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, guide, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, fostering inclusion and belonging.

• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide management with regular reports and analysis of achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
