About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain oversees warehouse operations, including Inventory, Inbound, and Outbound departments. The role helps ensure efficient operations by implementing processes to optimize warehouse performance, leading and developing frontline associates, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and supporting the overall success of the organization. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The organization emphasizes teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement in a business-casual environment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role; preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience; preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills; preferred.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred.
