About The Position

The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for helping ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations and implementing processes to optimize operations. The role leads frontline associates, supports a safe and productive work environment, and contributes to the success of the organization. DHL Supply Chain describes its business as operating more than 500 facilities, with over 50,000 associates and more than 150 million square feet of warehouse space.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support.

Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis covering achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
Promote open communication and collaboration through regular, effective dialogue among leadership and associates.
