About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of warehouses and implement processes to optimize warehouse operations. You will guide frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and contribute to the success of the organization. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to DHL Supply Chain’s contract logistics operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
At least 1 year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role is preferred.
At least 1 year of logistics industry experience is preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective-setting, and organizational skills are preferred.

Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide management with regular reports and analysis on achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
Promote open communication and collaboration through regular dialogue among leadership and associates.
