About The Position

The Operations Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures store operations run smoothly, and completes all opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Ability to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent store issues.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a retail supervisor.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Work effectively with store management and store crews.
Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
Promote the CVS customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them.
Handle customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
Provide colleagues with personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
Price merchandise and stock shelves.
Support the planning and execution of displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
Support the planning, execution, and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise displays.
Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite, ensure smooth store operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.
