About The Position

An Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures operations run smoothly, and ensures completion of opening and closing procedures. The role requires a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and availability to respond to urgent store issues.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a retail supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS’s customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them.
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Provide colleagues with personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
• Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Support the planning and execution of displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Support the planning, execution, display, and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
• Lead store operations and supervisory staff when a manager is not onsite.
• Ensure completion of store opening and closing procedures.
