About The Position

The Operations Supervisor leads a fleet of 10 or more drivers and manages driver availability to maximize fleet productivity. The role routinely reviews profit and loss for the assigned area and identifies ways to improve profitability. It develops drivers through daily interactions, coaching, and positive reinforcement; manages expectations and commitments to meet driver home-time expectations; maximizes profit and loss for assigned tractors and trailers; and proactively manages safety performance to meet insurance and claims cost targets as a percentage of revenue. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Compensation is $55,000–$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor employment visas.
