Operations Supervisor
About The Position
Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to help lead restaurant shifts and support a positive, fun team culture. The role provides opportunities to develop job skills and pursue further opportunities within the company. The supervisor oversees shifts of 3 to 10 employees and helps maintain quality, safety, and a positive customer experience. The position is located at 32 South Clinton Street, Iowa City, IA 52240, and reports to the General Manager of the Restaurant. Duties listed are the major responsibilities regularly performed and do not exclude other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Leadership experience is required.
- No educational requirements.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items.
- Able to move and stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees.
- Monitor quality, safety, and customer experience.
- Serve as the manager on duty for customer service.
- Handle cash and reconcile cash drawers.
- Train staff members for new hires and promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
