The Operations Supervisor is a frontline leader responsible for the day-to-day execution of distribution and/or transportation operations within an assigned facility or satellite area. The role supports internal and external customers, including third-party partners and carriers, through strong communication and customer relationships. It may also support business growth by sharing sales leads with the sales team. The Supervisor builds and leads a high-performing team by modeling the company’s 5Cs—Commitment, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Customer Focus—and coaching associates to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals. The role is accountable for operational standards and KPIs, evaluates processes and results, and recommends or implements improvements to service, efficiency, cost, workflows, labor balance, and responsiveness to changing business needs. It monitors schedules and adjusts staffing, assignments, and routes according to volume and priorities. Duties may include coordinating, overseeing, and performing activities involving receipt, storage, order fulfillment, loading, and delivery of inventory. This position is in the Outbound department and pays $60,000–$70,000 per year. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Three high-volume seasons require extra hours to meet peak volume, and the site operates on most major holidays.
