About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor on our Night Shift team, you’ll help keep our distribution center’s shipping department running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll lead a team of warehouse associates, support daily operational planning, and foster a positive, high‑performance environment. Your leadership helps ensure that life‑saving medications reach patients who depend on them every day.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and developing frontline staff.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and make sound operational decisions.
  • Proven ability to drive employee engagement and foster a positive team culture.
  • Flexibility to work Sunday–Thursday night shift, with a typical start time of 5 PM, and adjust hours or work overtime based on business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Typically requires 3+ years of operational experience , including 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
  • Skills in interviewing, coaching, performance documentation, and employee relations.
  • Experience working with DEA-regulated inventory (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze operational data; MS Access experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and directing night shift warehouse activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop associates and lead staff to ensure high morale, work quality, and performance standards.
  • Train team members and manage performance through consistent feedback and accountability.
  • Identify root‑cause issues and implement effective solutions to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations and safety policies.
  • Assist with managing operational expenses, overtime, and employee turnover.
  • Maintain high standards of equipment functionality, warehouse organization, and housekeeping.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and an inclusive culture across the shift.
