About The Position

The Operations Specialist supports daily production and equipment operations at Adelante Mailing & Fulfillment Center, helping ensure smooth workflows and quality results for local and national customers. The center manages mailing and fulfillment projects from start to finish, including bulk mail preparation, equipment operation, and materials assembly. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pay starts at $18.89 per hour. A $1,250 hiring bonus is offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of mailing or printing work experience.
Computer skills, including basic equipment setup operations and equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with internal and external customers and to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures.
Must pass a background and fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance.
Must have reliable transportation and an agency-insurable driving record.
Excellent eye-hand coordination to safely operate equipment.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and to push, pull, bend, and stoop continuously.
Ability to type or keyboard, crouch, and kneel frequently.
Ability to lift 70–100 pounds occasionally.
