As a Operations Specialist Senior within PNC's Asset Management Group - Operations organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Job Summary: The Senior Operations Specialist within the AMG Operations organization is responsible for supporting daily operational, accounting, and transaction based activities across multiple client accounts. This role requires prior experience within AMG Operations or CLO Operations, strong accounting fundamentals, and the ability to manage time sensitive deliverables in a regulated banking or financial services environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to review, process, and approve transactions while meeting strict service level agreements (SLAs). Work Schedule: Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office Hours: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM EST

Requirements

• Prior experience in AMG Operations or CLO Operations (required)
• Accounting background with demonstrated operational accounting knowledge
• Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Prior experience supporting sub accounting or trust related operations
• Experience reviewing and approving peer work in an operational setting

Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions
• Requests received via email
• Recurring monthly fixed payments
• Process wires and checks received through FedEx, UPS, and USPS
• Balance month end reporting for various clients, including single pool and multi pool accounts, within established SLA timelines
• Prepare and email completed monthly reports to officers and clients
• Review and approve daily accounting entries and month end balancing completed by teammates
• Review, track, and report requested checks for: Sub accounting clients, FFCG clients, Shared DAF clients
• Retrieve, review, process, and deliver letters, invoices, and checks to the mailroom
• Review and process morning reporting for sub accounting and shared DAF accounts
• Deposit incoming checks into designated deposit accounts using the DOS system
• Monitor and manage the department group mailbox
• Process and review end of day unit transactions
• Assist with training and knowledge sharing for new or existing staff as needed
• Support operational efficiency and compliance within AMG Operation
