About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security operations and identify potential threats before they escalate. The role involves observing security systems, documenting events, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, controlling access, and helping protect people and property. The position is located in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, and has a set full-time third-shift schedule from Thursday through Monday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The hourly wage is $18.85. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Eligible new hires with an active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS may receive a $250 gross new-hire incentive after 90 days of employment in good standing, subject to applicable taxes, withholdings, and additional eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.

• Hold a state license if required.
