About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Bristol, Indiana, to support a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The officer will help safeguard the site through routine patrols, a visible security presence, responses to concerns, and customer service and communication. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM. The pay rate is $17.75 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable law.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and building entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
Accurately document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
