About The Position

As a Security Officer Security Operations in Madison, Alabama, you will serve and safeguard clients at an automotive manufacturing location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, maintain a visible presence, respond to concerns, and provide customer service and communication. The role is full-time and scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Pay is $18.03 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conduct emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment.
Maintain a visible security presence and respond to concerns.
