Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by Spring 2027 required
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Demonstrated self-development – Seeks new experiences and challenges; Embraces the unfamiliar
  • Collaborative and applies a global mindset – can deliver strong results in close partnership with others across work areas, functions and geographies; can interact with integrity with all levels of customers and members
  • Solid communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
  • Action oriented, with the ability to set priorities and achieve goals
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Eligible to work in the country where this job is located, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior manufacturing/operations internship experience preferred
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • 3.0 GPA or higher preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete 5 rotations over a 24-month period, being exposed to a variety of experiences within cross-functional areas of focus.
  • Potential rotations include Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing including Harvest, FSQ, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, or other possible areas.
  • Complete robust assignments highlighting the functional areas’ value and impact across Johnsonville.
  • Complete a Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Be placed in a Johnsonville role based on participant’s strengths and business needs upon successful conclusion of the program.
