Reimagine What’s Possible At Air Products we are committed to developing engineering professionals through our Career Development (Rotational) Program (CDP). You will have the opportunity to work with experienced engineers and leaders that will provide you with challenging work while mentoring and coaching you to learn and grow. The CDP is a high visibility rotational program consisting of three, 12-month assignments and are designed for entry-level chemical, mechanical, and electrical engineers with 0-2 years of work experience. The goal of the CDP program is to develop the future leaders of the company by giving you the opportunity to develop and deepen your professional and technical skills, experiment with your career interests, and develop your potential. While in this rotational program, participants can develop their engineering and professional skills as well as get a better understanding of their areas of interest and strengths. Typical assignments for engineers include process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, controls, and start-up engineering. At least one of the assignments will be based in a field location and one will be in our Global Headquarters in Allentown PA. Relocation assistance is provided. Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Graduating between December 2026 through August 2027
  • Strong academic performance; minimum GPA of 3.0
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Relevant work experience (prior co-ops or internships a plus)
  • Involvement in campus activities and demonstrated leadership

Responsibilities

  • Participate in three, 12-month assignments within the Career Development (Rotational) Program.
  • Work with experienced engineers and leaders who will provide challenging work, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Develop and deepen professional and technical skills.
  • Experiment with career interests and develop potential.
  • Gain a better understanding of areas of interest and strengths.
