Launch your engineering career with ONEOK’s Field Engineering Rotational Program, a structured 2-3 year development program designed for early-career engineers who want to build technical expertise, gain field experience, and develop a deep understanding of ONEOK’s operations. The program provides hands-on exposure to the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical energy infrastructure across our natural gas, NGL, and pipeline systems. Through a series of rotational assignments, participants develop a strong technical foundation while gaining insight into how engineering supports the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of energy products. As a participant, you will rotate through a variety of engineering and operational roles, working alongside experienced professionals on projects that directly impact the business. Rotations are designed to build both technical capability and operational knowledge, preparing participants for long-term engineering careers within ONEOK. Participants commit to a minimum of three years in the program, with rotations typically lasting approximately one year. Depending on business needs and career interests, rotational opportunities may include: Pipeline Engineering, Natural Gas Gathering & Processing Engineering, NGL Engineering, Operations Engineering, Integrity & Reliability Engineering, Project Engineering, Measurement & Controls, Asset Optimization & Technical Services, Field Operations Support. Throughout the program, you will: Develop a comprehensive understanding of ONEOK’s assets, operations, and engineering practices, Apply engineering principles to real-world operational challenges, Build technical, problem-solving, and leadership skills through hands-on experience, Partner with field operations, maintenance, and business teams across the organization, Receive mentorship, coaching, and ongoing development support from experienced leaders and engineers, Expand your professional network across multiple business units and locations. At ONEOK, you'll make meaningful contributions from day one, work on projects that support critical energy infrastructure, and build the skills and experience needed for a successful long-term career in engineering. Rotation locations may include, Midland, TX; Mont Belvieu, TX; Sidney, MT; Medford, OK; Bushton, KS, as well as additional field locations.
